The only love Ryan’s heart has room for is for his motherless son. But, when he finds himself yearning for Lisa, Ryan has to convince himself and her that he’s all the thrill she’ll ever need.

Will Lisa’s past destroy their future before either of them can accept the true meaning of love?

 Interview with the Author :

1. This is book 3 in the series.  How many do you have planned?

This series has 5 books planned.  It's a spin off from the Lonely Lace series which has 3 books.  But I've been getting hit with some terrific ideas for a spin off of these two series that I have planned for next year that might be 12 books.  I'm not sure yet.  The characters are still deciding. LOL.

 That's a lot of books!  I love it !

2.  Do you have a day job as well?

I'm a SAHM with 6 kids whom I homeschool.  I don't have time to breathe let alone have a day job :)  Great question!  I admire women who can do tht and work.  I used to and it was exhausting.

I have 6 kids as well, but I don't homeschool them!  I'm not sure how you get anything done, let alone writing books!

3.  You write several different genres- from zombies to post apocalyptic.  What made you decide to venture into Romance?

I actually started in romance, but when you're living your own romance daily, it's hard to write about it,if that makes sense?  I enjoy challenging myself and so when I started writing whatever genre I wanted to, I realized they all fit into a lonely survive anything brand.  Then my grandparents asked me to write them a western romance and I fell in love with the genre.  There's all kinds of survival going on out there!

4. How long does it take you to write a book?

It takes about 45-50 days depending on the length and story arc.  My first book was over a year then I learned the best way to do it for myself and I can now do it pretty quickly.  My fastest was 22 days.

5.  What does your family think of your writing?

Oh, great question, I never get asked this.  My family is so supportive.  My husband has a BA in Communication and he edits my work (he's awesome for how it sounds and what message it conveys which is huge since I had someone else edit my earlier stuff and I can tell the tone is different.  I'll be apply him to those when we get some time to do that.).  My kids all talk out plots with me.  The older 4 actually write their own books and illustrate them.  They help me so much in so many ways.  I couldn't do it without their support.

It sounds like you have a family full of writers!  Awesome!

Thank you so much for having me!  This was a blast!  Great questions!

Stay Alive !!
